Corvalor AI provides software for electronics resale, repair, refurbishment, and trade-in businesses.

Founder contact: Mo, hello@corvalorai.com. If Corvalor AI trades through a registered company, the registered company name, number, registered office, VAT details, and any required trading disclosures will be shown where required.

You may use this website to view information, try the demo, compare pricing, buy a plan, and request support. You must not misuse the website, try to disrupt it, access data you are not allowed to access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for the information you enter. Demo outputs and pricing examples depend on the data and assumptions shown on the page.

The public demo uses realistic sample data. The customer dashboard can save customer workspace data where Supabase is configured, and Stripe checkout can be used where online billing is enabled.

Prices, discounts, plan limits, and features may change. The price shown at checkout, on an invoice, or in a written agreement is the price that applies to that purchase.

Where paid plans are purchased through hosted checkout, the refund and cancellation rules are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Business customers should also check any order form, invoice, subscription terms, or written agreement that applies to their plan. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed.

Corvalor AI can provide pricing guidance, listing drafts, demand signals, repair tickets, stock records, and sales channel suggestions. These are decision-support tools only.

We do not guarantee that a device, repair, bundle, stock lot, listing, or sourcing decision will achieve any specific sale price, sale speed, ranking, demand level, or profit. You remain responsible for checking condition, authenticity, ownership, repair safety, marketplace rules, tax/VAT treatment, and final business decisions.

Do not use Corvalor AI to submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe content. Do not use it to collect private data, contact people without a lawful basis, or automate spam.

If integrations are added, you must follow the relevant marketplace, email, payment, and data-provider terms.

The Corvalor AI name, branding, website design, copy, UI, demo, and product concepts are owned by Corvalor AI or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may view and use the website for its intended demo purpose. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing product from the website content or demo logic without written permission.

The website may refer to marketplaces and services such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Vinted, Shpock, Stripe, Supabase, and email providers. These services are not controlled by Corvalor AI.

Integrations may depend on third-party availability, approvals, APIs, fees, and terms. Corvalor AI is not responsible for third-party marketplace decisions, account suspensions, listing removals, payment disputes, or platform outages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Corvalor AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, marketplace suspension, failed listing performance, repair losses, stock purchasing losses, or business interruption arising from use of the website or demo outputs.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected. If you use Corvalor AI for business purposes, the service is provided as a business tool and not as consumer financial advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in another part of the UK.
