Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains refunds, cancellations, monthly subscriptions, consumer cooling-off rights where they apply, and how to request help.

Before payment

If you only submit a demo request, no payment is taken and no refund is needed.

If you buy a plan online, payment is handled through Stripe checkout. Stripe processes card details, receipts, invoices, and payment confirmation. Corvalor AI is not intended to store card numbers.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans can normally be cancelled for the next billing period. This means access continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless the checkout, invoice, or written agreement says otherwise.

We do not want surprise renewals. If you need to cancel, email hello@corvalorai.com as soon as possible with the email used at checkout and the plan name.

Business customers

Corvalor AI is mainly sold to independent shops, repair businesses, resellers, and other business users.

Business customers do not usually receive the same automatic cooling-off rights as consumers. Refunds, cancellations, downgrades, and renewals should follow the checkout terms, order form, invoice, subscription agreement, or written contract, plus any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Consumer cooling-off rights

If Corvalor AI sells to a consumer online, UK distance-selling rules may give that consumer a 14-day right to cancel many online contracts, subject to exceptions.

For online services or digital content, the right to cancel can be reduced or lost if the customer asks for access to start during the cooling-off period and acknowledges the effect on cancellation rights. Where this applies, the checkout should make this clear before payment.

If a consumer has a legal right to cancel and validly cancels, any refund due should normally be made without undue delay and within the legal time limit.

Faulty or misdescribed service

Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights that cannot legally be removed.

If a paid service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, is not as described, or otherwise gives rise to mandatory legal rights, Corvalor AI will provide the remedy required by law.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@corvalorai.com with your name, business name, checkout email, plan, invoice or order reference if available, and whether you want to cancel, downgrade, or request a refund.

If difficult or unexpected circumstances affect your business, contact hello@corvalorai.com for further support. Corvalor AI can review genuine situations case by case, but any goodwill support is discretionary and does not change the standard plan terms unless confirmed in writing.

Corvalor AI will review the request and explain whether it is accepted, rejected, or needs more information.

Longer billing periods and custom contracts

3-month, 6-month, annual, pilot, or custom contracts may have different cancellation and refund rules. These should be shown in the checkout, order form, invoice, or written agreement before payment.

If there is a conflict between this general policy and a signed contract or agreed order form, the signed contract or agreed order form will normally take priority, unless the law says otherwise.
