Who is responsible for your data
Corvalor AI is responsible for the demo request information collected through this website. Contact: hello@corvalorai.com.
Formal controller details, including legal entity, registered address, and data protection contact information, will be shown where required.
What information we collect
When you submit a request, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, postcode, business type, plan interest, monthly listing volume, monthly repair volume, sales channels, staff size, message, consent status, selected demo snapshot, profit snapshot, and the date/time of submission.
Demo requests may be stored in a secure server-side database and may also be mirrored in browser storage as a functional backup for the product workflow.
How we use information
We use demo request information to respond to enquiries, understand plan fit, improve the product, prepare product walkthroughs, and maintain enquiry records.
If persistence, CRM, analytics, email, payment, or authentication tools are added later, this privacy notice will be updated where required before that processing begins.
Lawful bases
For demo enquiries, the likely lawful bases are taking steps before entering a contract and Corvalor AI's legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and improving a B2B product.
Where we ask for consent, such as being contacted about a demo, you can withdraw that consent by emailing hello@corvalorai.com. Future marketing emails should include an unsubscribe or do-not-contact route.
Sharing and processors
The website may use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics, payments, authentication, or customer support as the product develops.
If future providers process personal data outside the UK, Corvalor AI will review appropriate safeguards and update this privacy notice where required.
Retention
Browser-stored demo state remains until browser storage is cleared or the browser profile is removed.
Enquiry records should be kept only as long as needed for sales follow-up, support, compliance, and audit purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to be informed, access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and complain to the ICO.
To exercise a right, email hello@corvalorai.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how your personal data is handled.
Security and children
Corvalor AI uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Card payment details are processed by Stripe through hosted checkout and are not intended to be stored by Corvalor AI.
This website is intended for UK business owners, staff, and side sellers. It is not aimed at children.
